2. PRODUCT TERMS & ARTISTRY

All products are subject to availability. Our timepieces often feature unique materials like Mother of Pearl, porcelain, or gemstones; minor variations in color or detail are signatures of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

While we make every effort to ensure images and specifications are accurate, variations may occur due to lighting, display settings, or production adjustments. 

We do not guarantee that all product images perfectly represent the final delivered item, but we strive to maintain the highest level of accuracy.

To maintain our standards of excellence, we reserve the right to refine designs or features and discontinue collections due to their handcrafted, small-batch nature.

3. PURCHASE CONDITIONS

All orders placed through Burma Watches are subject to confirmation. Orders will only be confirmed once the required deposit has been successfully received.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• The order becomes final upon deposit confirmation
• The order is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable after confirmation
• Any changes to the order after confirmation may not be accepted

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details—including model, color, and specifications—are correct before confirming the purchase.

4. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and delivery location. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided upon order confirmation; however, this should be considered as an estimate only.

Burma Watches is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Third-party courier or logistics providers
• Customs clearance processes
• Unexpected events beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Any additional costs arising from incorrect information or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

5. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales made through Burma Watches Company are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and the deposit has been received. This policy applies to all products without exception.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review all product details, specifications, and images before placing an order. If clarification is needed, please contact us prior to purchase.

6. WARRANTY

Burma Watches is committed to ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Watch Movement (Machine):
  We provide a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects of the watch movement.
• Watch Strap:
  The strap is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Water Resistance Disclaimer:
The watch movement is rated at 3ATM water resistance, meaning it is suitable only for everyday use such as light splashes or hand washing. It is strictly not suitable for:

• Swimming
• Showering
• Diving or water sports

Any water damage caused by misuse or exceeding the recommended limits is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling
• Water damage beyond stated resistance level
• Normal wear and tear (including strap aging, scratches, or fading)
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Burma Watches.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the ordering process—such as name, contact details, and address—is used solely for:

• Order processing
• Delivery arrangements
• Customer communication

Burma Watches does not sell, trade, or share customer information with third parties, except where necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., shipping providers).
